Working out for hours and the numbers won't move?

Your Effort Isn't the Problem. Your Program Is.

The 8-Week FastFit Transformation hands your fitness to a physician-led team. We measure what's actually happening in your body, build the program around it, and run every session: whole-body EMS, strength, and AI-guided cardio in under 30 minutes. You show up. We handle the rest.

Sound familiar?

You lift. You row. You take the class. You've been doing it for years, and the scan, the scale, and the mirror say what they said last year.

What worked in your thirties quietly stopped working. You're sore for days. Every time you push hard, you get sick and start over. You skip leg day, and nobody notices, including you.

It's not discipline, and it's not just age.

Why the numbers stopped moving

Effort without measurement is guessing.

Most programs never measure anything. They give you more effort and hope it works. Most lab subscriptions measure everything and tell you nothing: a dashboard of out-of-range markers and nobody to say what to do about them.

One of our members trained about two hours a day for five years. His testosterone was clinically low the whole time, and nobody had checked. He wasn't lazy. He was working without information.

Effort without measurement is guessing. Measurement without action is trivia. FastFit does both: we measure, we act, and we measure again.

How the 8-Week FastFit Transformation works

You show up. We run the rest.

1Measure.On day one, a body composition scan shows your muscle, your fat, and what's driving them, and a licensed provider reviews it with you. You start from a real baseline, not a guess.
2We run it.Every session is planned and coached for you: whole-body EMS, strength, and AI-guided cardio, done in under 30 minutes, twice a week. You don't plan or program anything.
3Adjust as the numbers move. You get a scan every two weeks, and the plan changes with your numbers, not with the calendar. At week eight, you see your before and after as data.

Why it takes under 30 minutes

Results come from the right stimulus, not from more hours.

FastFit stacks three:

  • Whole-body EMS. Your nervous system limits how hard you can contract your own muscles. EMS gets around that limit, giving you full intensity with no extra weight on your joints.
  • AI-guided cardio. Two 20-second sprints inside a short ride. In the founding study, three rides a week raised VO₂max 12–15% in six weeks.
  • Coached strength. Every muscle group, every week, so leg day doesn't get skipped.

Why eight weeks

One session tells you very little. Eight weeks is long enough to see the change in your numbers and short enough to try without committing to forever. When it's done, you decide what's next.

FAQ

I already work out. Is this for me?

Yes. Most of our members were training hard before they came in. FastFit is for people whose effort stopped paying off.

How much time does it take?

Under 30 minutes a session, two sessions a week.

Will I build muscle, or just maintain it?

FastFit is built to make you stronger and to keep your muscle while you lose fat. It isn't a bodybuilding program. If your goal is serious size, we'll tell you that up front.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. Every session is dosed to you. We deliberately start your first EMS sessions low and build from there, which is why clinicians run it here instead of a guy with a stopwatch.

Is a doctor actually involved?

Yes. A physician reviews your baseline scans with you in a consult and builds your plan, reviews your scans and checks in with you throughout the program, and onboards you on nutrition. MIC injections are given by a licensed medical provider.

What happens after eight weeks?

You re-measure and decide. You can continue as a member at the member rate, or walk away with your data.
